Starting as Geneva Cutlery Company. Bought by Ekco in 1934 and split up in 1935. Genco razor brand purchased by WR Case and Sons. Production (and a few employees) moved to their Bradford PA facility by 1935 (approx). Ecko continues to operate the Geneva facility but eventually shuts down and moves equipment to Chicago (their headquarters).

Some models carried over, and some like "Easy Aces" were new to the WRC lines. Believed to have ceased production in 1964 or 65.
